### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Guildmore Facades and Cladding. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer-focused service to our residents.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an effective customer-focused service.
* Prepare and organize the distribution of communications to residents using positive, simple, and engaging language.
* Proactively deal with tenant enquiries and liaise with project delivery teams to keep residents informed of any changes, cancellations, and progress updates.
* Conduct additional checks and surveys while in residents' properties, and report any concerns regarding condition and decency standards.
* Participate in regular project review meetings to discuss aftercare progress and challenges.

### Consumer Standards

* Be aware of the Consumer Standards set by the Social Housing Regulator and assist our clients in realising their obligations under such.
* Report any relevant issues, including concerns regarding damp and mould, to the client organisation.

### Collaboration and Communication

* Collaborate with clients, contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an effective customer-focused service.
* Participate in regular project review meetings to discuss aftercare progress and challenges.
