Resident Liaison Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a key member of our construction division, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer care and delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Schedule Management: Book appointments and manage schedules to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Property Records: Maintain accurate property records, conduct validation surveys, and gather customer feedback to improve our services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth project experience.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle resident complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, working to resolve disputes and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge: Occupied refurbishment knowledge is desirable, as is strong health and safety knowledge.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, IT proficiency, and adaptability to on-site operations are essential.
- Personal Qualities: Ambitious, innovative, self-motivated, and proactive individuals with strong interpersonal skills are highly sought after.
