Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure seamless communication with residents.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Property Management: Maintain accurate property records, conduct validation surveys, and gather customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth project experience.
  • Disruption Mitigation: Work proactively to minimize disruption to residents, establish positive relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Occupied Refurbishment Knowledge: Familiarity with occupied refurbishment projects is desirable.
  • Health and Safety: Strong health and safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT systems and adaptability to on-site operations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is required for this role.
