Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a key member of our construction division, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer care and delivering work programs to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resident appointments and schedules to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, providing timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate property records and conduct regular validation and customer satisfaction surveys to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure a smooth project experience.
  • Work proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Occupied refurbishment knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer care.
  • Valid driving license and a reliable vehicle.
