About the Role

We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a Communications Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication activities for Sandoz UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the external communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Market Access and Corporate Affairs.
  • Plan, draft, and design corporate communication content, including company LinkedIn posts, website content, and other materials.
  • Day-to-day coordination of projects and liaison with business units to deliver communications activities.
  • Work closely with an agency on social media campaigns to grow our LinkedIn page and other online platforms.
  • Lead on communication projects with increasing responsibility as your capability develops, including our corporate website and intranet.
  • Support with media outreach, PR, and media monitoring to ensure our message is conveyed effectively.
  • Support the adoption of our new Sandoz branding among UK colleagues, ensuring all activities and materials comply with the Sandoz P3 principles.
  • Be flexible to take on work across the team depending on workload and priorities.
Requirements
  • Outgoing, confident, and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Curious and driven to receive feedback and take on more responsibility.
  • Skilled at writing in different styles, including business, social media, and informal content.
  • Able to create visually appealing slides and simple graphics.
  • Experience in using social media in a sophisticated way for personal, study, social, or business purposes.
  • Desirable skills include the ability to use design software (e.g. Canva) and photography skills.
