We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication activities for Sandoz UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the external communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Plan, draft, and design corporate communication content, including company LinkedIn posts, website content, and other materials.
  • Day-to-day coordination of projects and liaison with business units to deliver communications activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Work closely with an agency on social media campaigns, focusing on growing the company's LinkedIn presence and developing engaging content.
  • Lead on communication projects with increasing responsibility, including the corporate website and intranet, ensuring high-quality output and effective implementation.
  • Support with media outreach, PR, and media monitoring, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the adoption of the company's new branding among UK colleagues, ensuring consistent application and effective communication.
  • Ensure all activities and materials comply with the company's P3 principles, utilizing internal systems for efficient and effective management.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, taking on work across the team as needed, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
  • Outgoing, confident, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Curious and driven, with a willingness to receive feedback and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Skilled at writing in different styles, including business, social media, and informal content.
  • Able to create visually appealing slides and simple graphics, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in using social media in a sophisticated way, with a strong understanding of its potential and limitations.
  • Desirable skills include proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva) and photography skills.
