About the Role

We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external communication activities for Sandoz UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the external communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, draft, and design corporate communication content, including company LinkedIn posts, website content, and other materials.
  • Coordinate day-to-day projects and liaison with business units to deliver communications activities.
  • Work closely with an agency on social media campaigns to grow our LinkedIn presence.
  • Lead on communication projects with increasing responsibility, including our corporate website and intranet.
  • Support media outreach, PR, and media monitoring to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the adoption of our new Sandoz branding among UK colleagues.
  • Ensure all activities and materials comply with the Sandoz P3 principles using internal systems.
  • Be flexible to take on work across the team depending on workload and priorities.
Requirements
  • Outgoing, confident, and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Curious and driven to receive feedback and take on more responsibility.
  • Skilled at writing in different styles, including business, social media, and informal content.
  • Able to create visually appealing slides and simple graphics.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in using social media in a sophisticated way for personal, study, or business purposes.
  • Desirable skills include design software (e.g. Canva) and photography skills.
