Cavendish Maine Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the Northern territory and driving sales growth through strategic account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the buying groups, dealers, and wholesale growing accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success and account management experience.
- Strong business development skills and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and/or Excel.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package of £34,000 - £38,000.
