The Role: Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and driven Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping Howden's brand image and communicating our message effectively across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional active listening skills and possess the ability to influence and present information persuasively.
  • Exhibit strong creative and lateral thinking abilities, coupled with imaginative problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable taking initiative on diverse projects.
  • Maintain a highly organized approach, prioritizing multiple projects effectively.
  • Leverage experience working across a range of communication channels to deliver impactful messages.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of brand identity and tone of voice, recognizing their significance in our group communications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Filming and video editing skills would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
