Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Job Summary:
Membership Bespoke is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to provide exceptional customer service to our members, learners, and prospective applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration of our accreditation processes, ensuring our rules and regulations are followed, and providing guidance and support to prospective applicants and assessors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Training and Degree Course Accreditation:
- Manage and administer course accreditation application and re-accreditation processes
- Raise invoices for annual licence fees
- Process and record course content changes
- Registered Consultancies:
- Plan, schedule, and conduct consultations
- Run online information sessions
- Support the development of additional guidance and online application portals
- Recruit, train, and onboard assessors
- Offer guidance to members, verbally, in written documentation, and online sessions
- Membership and Learner Services:
- Organize and run online and in-person member events
- Assist with member calls
- Update and maintain the Learning Management System
- Respond to learning and professional development-related inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 NVQ Level 2, GCSE grades 4 and above, O Level grade C and above, or equivalent qualifications
- Advanced Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Proficient presentation skills, online and in-person
- Detailed understanding of ASM or databases and the needs of data management
- Strong organizational skills to ensure multiple projects and deadlines are achieved
