Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Electric Forecourt in Stevenage. As a key member of our Forecourt Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our sustainable energy solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that our brand standards are consistently met.
  • Lead Generation: Drive sales of GRIDSERVE Car Leasing through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend regular team briefings to stay up-to-date with current promotions and products.
  • Electric Vehicle Expertise: Showcase electric vehicles to customers and provide information on their benefits and features.
  • Facility Utilization: Maximise the use of our Electric Forecourt facilities and promote GRIDSERVE brand advocacy.
  • Technology Integration: Use in-store technology to facilitate new vehicle leasing processes and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all licensing laws and company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role in a retail, leisure, or hospitality environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Electric Vehicles: A knowledge of electric vehicles is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to think creatively to solve problems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a range of early/late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
