Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, returns, and repairs on our MS Dynamics NAV system
- Set up new customers on our MS Dynamics NAV system
- Post sales invoices, raise credit memos, and return orders on our MS Dynamics NAV system
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, order details, and first-level technical assistance
- Coordinate with our warehouse, production, finance, and quality control teams to ensure correct processing of orders and resolve customer issues
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues with our sales team and effectively communicate leads and requests for quotes, upgrades, software support, and training
- Input and ensure correct processing of international orders, including completion of all documentation, preparation of commercial invoices, Chamber of Commerce certifications, bills of lading, Incoterms, freight classification, transportation types, and country-specific requirements
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and collections via email, phone, or courier portals
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong listening skills
- Empathetic and professional
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent data entry skills
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Knowledge of French/German or other additional languages is desirable but not essential
