Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, learners, and prospective applicants.

Main Responsibilities

  • Membership Administration
    • Manage and administer professional membership application processes, including pre-assessment checks, invoicing, and certificate issuance.
    • Process and record course content changes for training and degree course accreditation.
    • Manage and administer the accreditation application and re-accreditation process for registered consultancies, including subscription renewals.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide guidance and support to prospective applicants and assessors.
    • Be the first point of contact for incoming application or upgrading queries.
    • Plan, schedule, conduct consultations, and run online information sessions.
  • Operational Support
    • Support the development of additional guidance and online application portals.
    • Recruit, train, and onboard assessors.
    • Ensure that all member engagement touchpoints and leads for membership, consultancy, and course accreditation are logged in our Association Management System.
  • Membership and Learner Services
    • Organize and run online and in-person member events.
    • Assist with member calls and update the Learning Management System.
    • Respond to learning and professional development-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 NVQ Level 2, GCSE grades 4 and above, O Level grade C and above, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Advanced IT competencies, including Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Proficient presentation skills, online and in-person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed understanding of Association Management Systems or databases and the needs of data management.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure multiple projects and deadlines are achieved.
  • Prominent level of accuracy and diligence, and excellent attention to detail.
  • A professional manner and attitude, approachable and friendly.
