About the Role
The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Respiratory Physiologist to join our Respiratory Physiology Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical services for the investigation and treatment of respiratory and non-respiratory disorders.
Main Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the service lead to provide a specialist clinical service for the investigation and treatment of respiratory and non-respiratory disorders.
- Conduct routine and specialized investigations and therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in research and audit activities to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements
- Clinical Physiology/MSc or equivalent degree.
- ARTP/RCCP/AHCS qualification.
- Knowledge of specialist procedures acquired through specialist/management courses or training/experience to advanced level.
- Specialist experience/training in areas of Respiratory Physiology and Therapeutics.
- Experience in research and audit.
