Key Duties:

  • Classroom Leadership: Oversee and guide students while implementing pre-prepared lessons during the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Flexibility: Be ready to navigate various situations, as each day in education presents unique challenges.
  • Effective Communication: Foster strong communication with students and staff to maintain a constructive learning atmosphere.

  • Relevant Experience: Whether you are a seasoned teaching assistant, HLTA, sports coach, or aspiring educator, this role provides invaluable classroom leadership experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Essential for effective interactions with students, educators, and parents.
  • Prior Experience: Experience in mentoring, tutoring, or teaching within the UK is beneficial.
