About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating sales and lettings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registering applicants and matching their requirements with suitable properties
  • Arranging viewing appointments and gathering feedback from clients
  • Negotiating with potential buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales and lettings outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and customer service
  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts to ensure smooth transactions
  • Staying up-to-date with local market trends and conditions to provide expert advice to clients
  • Launching properties to the market and promoting them to potential buyers
  • Seeking out new sales and lettings opportunities and developing business relationships with clients
  • Providing marketing content and engaging with clients through various channels
  • Achieving sales and lettings targets and meeting financial services referral targets
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the sales team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of sales and lettings success
  • Sound knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A career-focused individual with a strong work ethic and customer focus, and a desire to join a successful and growing business
  • Dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial, with a natural flair for dealing with people and building strong relationships
  • Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities and adapts to changing market conditions
  • A team player who enjoys a challenging role that moves at a fast pace, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent standard of written English language and good IT skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Experience and general knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a full UK driving licence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with uncapped OTE. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm (day off in lieu). Some evening work may be required, with time off in lieu.
