- 2+ years of experience in estate agency or a related field
- Sound knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales and lettings targets and meeting financial goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Full UK driving licence
We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus uncapped earnings potential. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm. Some evening work may be required, with time off in lieu.
