Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly successful Sales Adviser to join our team in Durham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate sales of new homes from initial plans to show homes.
- Liaise with mortgage advisers, solicitors, and other external contacts.
- Create marketing and promotional material to aid sales.
- Keep up to date with competitors' prices and deals.
- Deal with customer queries up until sale completion.
- Liaise with the Site Manager.
- Report to Sales Manager with weekly sales updates.
- Record all offers through to completion.
- Maintain customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
Requirements:
- An enthusiastic and 'can-do' approach to the job role.
- Proven success in property sales.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent level of customer service on a face to face basis.
Remuneration: Up to £29,000 per annum dependent upon experience + commission.
