Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at CONSULT2RECRUIT LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and securing parts sales, working with suppliers to purchase parts at competitive prices, and collaborating with our Branch Manager to meet sales, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls to promote and secure parts sales, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices for parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, achieving monthly sales and margin targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Utilize company resources, including company vehicles, to support sales efforts and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HGV parts industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
