A Key Role in Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Evolve Selection. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company, focusing on their exceptional Ophthalmology product portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering field coaching and other learning initiatives that support business operations, particularly within the Commercial sector. They will also design and deliver effective training programs for new hires as part of the Induction Programme.

Ideal Requirements
  • Previous sales coaching experience within a FMCG/OTC/B2B market is essential.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry may be considered, but retail or B2B experience is preferred.
  • Must be open to travel, as in-field training responsibilities are a large part of the role.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders, such as Supplier Partners and HCPs.
  • Experience leading a team of sales professionals is desirable.
Role Responsibilities
  • Consistent design of all training courses using best practice materials and approaches to training that meet the needs of the business and individual learning preferences.
  • Design and integrate with the Field Visit Process a feedback and coaching model that supports 'on the job' development of their BU Teams.
  • Be aware of market trends, competitor environment, and make strategic recommendations.
