About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Event Coordinator to join our Sales team at Freddie's Flowers. As a Sales Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for scouting new locations across the UK to sell our flowers, populating our calendar with exciting new opportunities, and developing and organizing sales trips throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new sales prospects nationwide
  • Plan and execute sales excursions and day trips outside London
  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships and opportunities
  • Create comprehensive sales planning packs for each trip
  • Handle event logistics, including obtaining necessary permits and documentation
  • Document detailed analysis of each booking for future reference
  • Oversee end-to-end event processes to ensure successful execution
  • Provide support in designing eye-catching flower stands
  • Assist with logistics planning and event setup/pack-down as required
Requirements
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of thinking creatively to maximize sales opportunities
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment
  • Ideal experience in event coordination
  • Holds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a van
Measures of Success
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly acquisition targets
  • Meeting weekly/monthly booking goals
  • Achieving sales per shift per booking targets
  • Maintaining overall monthly costs within budget

Salary

£28,000-£30,000 depending on experience
