Key Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in the success of the events team
  • Align activities with the organization's mission and values
  • Assist in the flawless execution of events by supporting the Operations and Event Managers
  • Oversee contractors and part-time staff during events
  • Ensure the venue is maintained to high cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Address client requirements and set up venues to their specifications
  • Aim to surpass client expectations and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Support the sales team with operational insights during event planning
  • Collaborate with the events team to improve efficiency and manage costs
  • Uphold health, safety, and well-being standards consistently
  • Encourage teamwork and seek opportunities for operational improvement
  • Conduct stock takes and equipment audits as needed
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and quality standards

Role Summary
