Hiring People is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Specialist to join our team. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events that support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Research and recommend venues, arrange guest speakers, contact attendees, and promote events through various channels.
- Event Execution: Ensure seamless event execution by attending events, providing on-the-ground support, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Networking and Opportunities: Research new event opportunities, attend networking events, and connect with a wide variety of business professionals.
- Team Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including diary management, updating KPI spreadsheets, and maintaining the client database.
- Client Engagement: Conduct post-event feedback and follow up with prospective clients.
About You:

- Have excellent spoken and written English, coupled with strong listening and communication skills.

- Can commit to approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional evening events.

- Competitive Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (pro rata) per annum.
