Security Support Officer

Job OverviewAs a Branch Support Security Officer, you will be responsible for delivering security services across various locations within a designated area. Your mission will be to protect personnel, property, and assets while providing outstanding customer service that embodies Securitas' core principles of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Key Responsibilities- Professionally greet staff, visitors, and contractors
- Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities
- Prevent unauthorized access to premises
- Monitor alarm systems and CCTV
- Conduct regular patrols and assigned duties
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation
- Report hazards and unsafe conditions
- Manage keys and perform locking/unlocking tasks
- Provide support and guidance to all personnel on-site
- Perform additional duties as required
- Valid SIA License
- Five-year employment history
- Right to work documentation
- Driving license and personal vehicle
- UK national or joint national for clearance checks
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- IT literate
