We are seeking a committed Female Security Officer to enhance our security operations. This position entails a work schedule of 42 hours per week, following a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. As an essential part of our security personnel, you will benefit from specialized onsite training provided by our client, aimed at improving your expertise and capabilities. This role presents a unique combination of advantages and training prospects, ensuring you are thoroughly equipped for your responsibilities.

Our organization offers a subsidized cafeteria and complimentary onsite parking for your convenience. To uphold the highest levels of safety and dependability, candidates are required to undergo a mandatory drug screening. Reliability and punctuality are crucial attributes we value in our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and regulate access to the facility
  • Perform comprehensive searches of individuals and vehicles
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
  • React promptly to emergencies and security situations
  • Comply with health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • SIA Licence
  • Access to a vehicle or reliable transport options
  • At least 2 years of experience in security
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a 5-year verifiable history
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT and problem-solving
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
