Job Title: Security Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at ABM. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on our facilities and services.
  • Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches or incidents.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • SIA License and CCTV License (preferred).
  • First Aid Qualification.
