Security Officer Night Shift

Vigilant Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, ensuring that all security protocols are followed, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV, fire, and security systems to ensure that all security processes are adhered to.
- Ensure that all security protocols are followed, including Key Management and associated reports.
- Utilize CCTV systems effectively, adhering to the code of practice and processes, and ensuring that the Data Protection Act 2018 is followed.
- Work independently, using your own initiative, and reporting and associated paperwork and documentation.
- Promote harmonious working amongst the team and ensure that all incidents are reported and responded to correctly.
- Ensure that all daily tasks are completed and recorded, and that all H&S policies are adhered to.
- Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player.
- Maintain competence with security systems and have experience in technical systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in operating CCTV systems and radio systems, and ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
- Ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports, and demonstrate reliability, including punctuality and attendance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels, and maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
