Job OverviewAs a Branch Security Assistance Officer, your responsibilities will encompass delivering security services across various locations within a specified area. You will be tasked with protecting personnel, property, and assets while providing exceptional customer service that embodies Securitas' core principles of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Key Responsibilities- Professionally welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors
- Consistently deliver a high-quality customer-focused experience
- Adapt effectively to shifting priorities
- Prevent unauthorized access to premises
- Monitor alarm systems and CCTV
- Conduct regular patrols and security duties
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation promptly
- Report any hazards or unsafe practices
- Manage keys and execute locking/unlocking tasks
- Provide guidance and support to all individuals on-site
- Perform any additional duties as required
- Possession of an SIA License
- A minimum of a 5-year work history
- Documentation proving the right to work
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle
- Eligibility for UK national/joint national clearance checks
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- IT literate
