Job Title: Security Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at ABM. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on our facilities and services.
- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches or incidents.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a security or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
