Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide tailored service to guests.
  • Utilize our POS system, reservation system, and hotel applications to process payments and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure proper ordering, receiving, storing, delivering, and circulation of service requirements, amenities, and inventory.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on hotel operations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage, with a focus on preferences and allergens.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and adaptability skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
