Order Taker Coordinator

Role Summary
We are seeking a Co-ordinator - Order Taker to join our Room Service department at The Peninsula London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience within the guests' private rooms.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, enabling you to interact with guests and provide tailored service.
- Utilise the POS system, reservation system, and hotel applications to process payments and maintain accuracy.
- Ensure the efficient ordering, receiving, storing, delivering, and circulation of service requirements, amenities, minibar requirements, and inventory.
- Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
