Investment Committee Coordinator

Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Committee Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Investment Committee meetings, including setting up and maintaining meeting folders, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all necessary documents are circulated to attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Investment Committee meetings, including setting up meeting folders and scheduling meetings
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are circulated to attendees
  • Manage the rotation of minute takers and ensure that meeting minutes are circulated and filed correctly
  • Oversee the administration of Progress Reports (PRs) and ensure that they are filed appropriately
  • Ensure that Exit and Liquidity Sessions (ELS) are added to diaries and that minute takers are assigned
  • Coordinate Initial Appraisal (IA) / Final Approval (FA) / Interim Update meetings and ensure that minute takers are allocated and agendas are circulated
  • Manage the maintenance of the abort fee schedule and ensure that it is uploaded to The Bridge
  • Oversee spending schedule governance and adherence to internal approvals policy
  • Coordinate the Business Academy and ensure that all sessions are recorded and links are circulated

Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional services administrative or personal assistant role
  • Experience of working in a legal or FS environment
  • Flexibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workloads
  • Adept interpersonal skills and commitment to excellent client service
