Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling and calendar management for executive leadership

  • Serve as the designated health and safety representative
  • Maintain and update social media channels
  • Participate in meetings and document minutes
  • Perform general reception tasks
  • Manage employee absence requests and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in taking meeting minutes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred
