The Holgates Family Group has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to start their career in finance to join our Accounts team at our Head Office and flagship park at Silverdale.

Hours: Full Time (40hrs) between Monday and Sunday

Reports to: Finance Director

**The role will include the following responsibilities**:

- Credit Control for all customers.
- Assist with the high-volume processing of purchase and sales invoices
- To assist with reconciliations for all companies across the group.
- To provide administrative assistance to the Finance Director across all group companies.
- To produce weekly and monthly reports
- Monthly stocktaking across multiple sites and departments
- To assist with all administrative duties within a busy finance department.
- Cashing up duties (_Including regular weekend mornings_)
- Any other duties as required.

**Criteria**
- GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above
- High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
