Dental Receptionist

We are looking for someone to join our small friendly dental practice team as a receptionist and work 2 days a week, ideally Monday and Thursday, 9:00-5:30.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office, check them in on dental software
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health records system
- Collect and process payments from patients for dental services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
