Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to young people, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and educational pursuits.
  • Collaborate with managers and fellow support workers to ensure a harmonious and supportive work environment.
  • Implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and enhancing overall well-being.
  • Engage in on-site and off-site activities, fostering social interaction and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring clear communication among team members.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess a Level 3 qualification in Social Care or a related field (NVQ 3 is desired).
  • Have at least one year of experience in a senior or team-leading role within a similar setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Be adaptable and able to effectively manage changing situations and priorities.
