Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Care: Work within the policies and procedures of the client environment to ensure the delivery of safe, structured, and nurturing environments for children and young people.
- Monitor and Maintain Administrative Requirements: Ensure that administrative tasks are completed to meet the standards set out in children's legislation and the homes' working practices.
- Promote a Safe and Structured Environment: Proactively engage with young people who display challenging behavior and assist them in identifying unsafe situations.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: At all times, ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children and young people in your care.
- Utilize Intervention Strategies: Ensure a variety of intervention strategies are utilized in relation to behavior management.
- Create an Open Culture: Ensure an open culture is created with the young people in the care of the end client.
- Safeguarding Protocols: Ensure that the child or young person is safe in terms of safeguarding protocols.
