Carestaff Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Work within the policies and procedures of the client environment to ensure the delivery of safe, structured, and nurturing environments for children and young people.
  • Monitor and Maintain Administrative Requirements: Ensure that administrative tasks are completed to meet the standards set out in children's legislation and the homes' working practices.
  • Promote a Safe and Structured Environment: Proactively engage with young people who display challenging behavior and assist them in identifying unsafe situations.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: At all times, ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children and young people in your care.
  • Utilize Intervention Strategies: Ensure a variety of intervention strategies are utilized in relation to behavior management.
  • Create an Open Culture: Ensure an open culture is created with the young people in the care of the end client.
