Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of children and young people.
  • Monitor and maintain administrative requirements, ensuring compliance with children's legislation and the home's working practices.
  • Engage with young people who display challenging behaviour, using proactive strategies to promote positive relationships and outcomes.
  • Assist young people to identify and manage risks, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
