About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Worker to join our team for a long-term assignment. The successful candidate will work closely with students, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop positive relationships with students to build their confidence and self-esteem
  • Assist the class teacher and support classroom activities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
