Job Title: Education Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing candidates in primary and secondary schools across Surrey and South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise new roles and generate a pool of candidates for the primary education department
* Recruit candidates to join TimePlan and support them with the registration process
* Monitor job boards and generate referrals from our current candidate base
* Support candidates with compliance and answer incoming calls

* Ability to engage and support new candidates with the registration process
