About the Role

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to facilitate various administrative functions within our team. This position is essential in assisting colleagues and leadership to ensure the efficient execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop client research documents and prepare sales materials
  • Support credit control processes
  • Perform file audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and redirect as needed
  • Oversee call center transition tasks
  • Handle email correspondence for the Customer Service division
  • Procure office supplies and necessary materials
  • Complete mandatory internal and external training sessions
  • Fulfill Continuing Professional Development (CPD) obligations
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements
