Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Job Description:

We are excited to be partnering with a company looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the HR business partner and team of advisors on an immediate temporary basis for a period of time with the view that it could be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management.
  • Support the HR advisors with recruitment and ensure that all documents are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and update procedures and issue formal letters in accordance with data protection procedures.
  • Support the HR business partner with operational day-to-day administration and provide administrative support to the HR Team.
  • Be a hands-on role and be able to adapt to immediate queries and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience within operational HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Confident reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Strong administration and MS Office skills.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to support the team.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility of hybrid working.
