About You

We welcome applications from experienced Social Workers who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in practice, adhering to current professional standards, legislative frameworks, and policy guidelines.

You will hold active registration with Social Work England and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive Care Act Assessments and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) Assessments.
  • Preparing Court of Protection applications and safeguarding enquiries under Section 42.
  • Collaborating with individuals, families, and carers to develop personalized support plans.
  • Engaging with communities to foster a sense of empowerment and access to local resources.
