Job Overview

Avante Care and Support is a leading provider of nursing and dementia care services, supporting over 1000 older individuals through our registered nursing and care homes, as well as home care services.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Clinical Team: Provide hands-on clinical leadership and nursing care practice, promoting a stimulating and caring environment for residents.
  2. Ensure Quality Care: Ensure each Service User receives nursing care and support appropriate to their individual assessed needs, clearly evidenced on the care plan in accordance with Avante Care and Support quality standards.
  3. Manage Healthcare Assistants: Provide leadership and direction for a number of Health Care Assistants in the delivery of clinical and social care interventions, using a person-centered approach to care practice.
  4. Collaborate with Nursing Team: Lead, assess, and liaise with the Nurse Manager/Registered Home Manager and other professional staff, providing an appropriate level of nursing and social care to Service Users.
