About This Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Bank of dedicated professionals. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care across various NHS Trusts in England, gaining valuable experience in diverse wards and settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care to patients with mental health needs.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing support and interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with NHS guidelines.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification (Degree or Diploma) recognized by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Current NMC registration in good standing.
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience working as a Mental Health Nurse within a hospital setting in the last 3 years.
Desirable Requirements
- Restraint and ILS (Intermediate Life Support) training completed within the last 12 months.
