We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Kent Autistic Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and household management.

- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure seamless care and support.
