Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Support Worker to join our team. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their well-being and ensuring they have an excellent quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic support to clients, including companionship, administering medication, assistance with nutritional needs, and personal care.
- Adhere to clients' individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Support clients with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older adults.
- Work flexible shifts, including full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Competitive pay rates from £13.45 to £20.17 per hour, with weekly pay.
- Free training, including the Care Certificate.
- Ongoing support and further development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications.

- Be over 18 years old.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
