Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Support Worker to join our team. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their well-being and ensuring they have an excellent quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to clients, including companionship, administering medication, assistance with nutritional needs, and personal care.
  • Adhere to clients' individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support clients with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older adults.
  • Work flexible shifts, including full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old.
