We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Bank Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people in their daily lives, helping them to build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments of our customers' needs, developing and updating support plans to ensure their goals are met.
  • Provide day-to-day support with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
  • Offer guidance on fulfilling tenancy conditions and assist with welfare benefits.
  • Encourage social inclusion and help our customers build their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Ensure Sanctuary Supported Living delivers its safeguarding responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with vulnerable individuals.
  • A positive approach to working with young people who have diverse needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of action/support planning, key working, risk assessment, and safeguarding.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar.
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards.
