Job Title: Night Project Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Night Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with mental health needs to maximize their potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to encourage customers to achieve their goals and live independently
- Be a first point of contact for customers and their queries
- Support customers in managing their mental health and well-being
- Offer one-to-one support as required
- Promote safety by undertaking risk assessments and reviewing customers' needs
- Regularly assess customers' needs and update support plans
- Develop professional relationships with customers, using clear and respectful communication
- Deliver small group activities to promote recovery and well-being
- Handle emergency situations and work independently
Requirements:
- Experience of working with adults with mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Strong organizational skills and functional literacy and numeracy
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and work to deadlines
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
