We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned B2B Sales / Business Development expert to join Carousel Consultancy Ltd as their B2B Strategic Sales Director. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data technology, marketing, or advertising sectors.

In collaboration with the General Manager and Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing effective sales strategies, operational frameworks, and robust sales pipelines that are essential for driving business growth and achieving success.

We seek a strategic visionary, a creative sales professional, and a dynamic individual with a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities as the B2B Strategic Sales Director include:

  • Developing and refining sales processes, operational practices, and sales pipelines

  • Building and managing sales pipelines while acquiring new business opportunities
  • Providing strategic account management to clients

  • Proven success in B2B sales / business development, preferably in a related field (data technology, marketing, or advertising)
  • Experience in selling business solutions to senior management and C-suite executives, with a track record of sales achievements
  • Expertise in complex, conceptual, and solution-oriented selling methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective sales processes, operational practices, and sales pipelines
  • Skilled negotiator with a history of securing contracts successfully
  • Strong objection handling capabilities
  • Ambitious, driven, and focused with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Proactive and dynamic approach

  • Proficient in IT, including strong MS Office skills
